Only the best ingredients go to make our classic seasonings, which are all Demeter-certified. For our mayonnaise and remoulade we use premium cold-pressed Demeter sunflower oil. The mustard seeds for our mustard come from farmers in Europe working appropriate to biodynamic principles. And our balsamic mustard gets its unrivalled aroma from our popular Naturata Aceto Balsamico di Modena. In cooperation with myclimate, all CO₂ emissions generated during production and transport of the products are offsetted.
